Privacy policy

Scope

This policy describes how PeriscopeOne, LLC ("Periscope One", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the website at p-one.ai.

It does not cover the AICON 360 application or the product website at aicon360.ai. Those have their own privacy policy, published at aicon360.ai/privacy. If you are a crew member, foreman or administrator using AICON 360, that is the policy that applies to you.

The short version

This is a static brochure website. It has no user accounts, no login, no contact form, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We do not set cookies. We do not build a profile of you. There is nothing here to opt out of.

The only information that reaches us is what you deliberately send us by email.

What we collect

Through this website itself, we collect:

Nothing.

There is no form on this site. We do not ask for your name, email address, company or phone number in order to read any page here. Every page is served to everyone identically, without personalization.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, session recording or analytics product — first-party or third-party.

The web fonts used here are served from this domain rather than from a font CDN, specifically so that loading a page does not disclose your visit to a third party. There are no embedded videos, maps, chat widgets or social media scripts.

Because we do no tracking, there is nothing for a cookie banner to ask you about, and no "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal that would change our behavior — we already do not track you.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc.. To deliver a web page to your browser, and to defend the site against attack and abuse, our hosting provider necessarily processes technical request data on our behalf, which may include:

• your IP address
• the date and time of the request
• the page or file requested
• your browser's user agent string and preferred language
• the referring page, if your browser sends one

We use this only in aggregate, to keep the site up and secure. We do not use it to identify you, we do not combine it with other data, and we do not sell or share it. Our hosting provider may set a security cookie of its own when its bot-mitigation systems are engaged; that is a function of the platform's protection layer rather than something we use to track visitors. Their handling of this data is governed by their own privacy terms and by our agreement with them as a processor.

If you contact us

The contact route on this site is a plain email address. If you write to us, we will hold what you send — your name, your email address, your organization, any phone number you choose to give us, and whatever you wrote — for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the conversation.

We use that information to reply to you and to follow up on the thing you contacted us about. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, we do not sell it, and we do not share it outside Periscope One except where a service provider needs it to operate our email (for example, our email host), or where the law requires it.

Ask us to delete your correspondence and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Links to other sites

This site links out to aicon360.ai and may link to other third-party sites. Following an outbound link takes you somewhere governed by that site's own privacy policy, not by this one. We are not responsible for the practices of sites we link to.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy. Because this website collects nothing on its own, in practice any such request concerns correspondence you have sent us.

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will not charge you for it and we will not treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not disclose someone else's information to you by mistake.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This is a business website intended for an adult professional audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change what this site does — adding analytics, or a contact form, for example — we will update this policy at the same time and change the "last updated" date at the top of the page. We will not quietly start collecting something this page says we do not collect.
